Our company name is a combination of Loco which means local area and R which means eternity. The name includes the meaning that we continue to run from the town of Kamo to convey our technology and passion to customers all over the world.

We want all our customers to be happy with the knitwear we deliver.

We are an integrated production factory that completes all the knit manufacturing processes in-house from sales operation and planning to sewing and finishing.

Sales Operation and Planning

Sales Operation and Planning

Our workshop is always full of many threads and colors to express the colors, materials and textures that match the seasons and trends with a variety of threads.
Our products, reflecting the times and the wishes of the creator, are born in this environment.
Sales is an important pivot that connects us with our customers.
Sales operation starts with presenting fashion trends and order receipt. We welcome orders for specific designs, delivery dates and costs. We are also eager to receive your feedback and convey it to the workshop.
Planning is the seed of the product and the flower.
We draw beautiful patterns with knits, using detailed data input and dedicated CAD to shape the designs.
Our steady and creative work continues, starting with seeds and progressing to flowers.

Knitting

Knitting

Knitting is a core process for knitwear production.
We knit one piece first based on the design data and check if it is made according to the exact pattern.
We fine-tune the thread tension and winding down of each machine, checking the results. Simultaneously, we adjust the stitch density.
This is delicate work that requires fine adjustment because the final knitwear product differs depending on the season and thread color.

Fulling

Fulling

Fulling determines the comfort and texture of knit products.
They become soft with a comfortable texture feel from washing the knitted fabric.
It is important to properly determine the processing time and temperature depending on the material.

Cutting and Sewing

Cutting and Sewing

Cutting is an important process to realize your silhouette.
Our artisans carefully check the patterns one by one before cutting by hand.

Sewing is an assembling process using various sewing machines.
Linking that connects each stitch in particular needs the skill of a masterful artisan, creating the comfort unique to knitwear.

Finishing

Finishing

The finishing process determines the outcome of the final product.
Considerable training and experience are required for a worker to become a full-fledged artisan.
Artisans carefully steam each product by hand according to the design.
Much skillful artisanship is required to appropriately control the steaming temperature, amount and time according to the material.

Inspection and Shipment

The final process before delivering our products to customers.
We carefully inspect the design and dimensions as well as each product to find minor defects and perform thorough needle detection before carefully packing our products in bags.

Inspection is essential to deliver excellent products to customers. We perform the final inspection after repeating intermediate inspection many times during the manufacturing process. We take pride in our quality with the annual defect rate being 0.01 percent or less.
